OUR TEAM 

Lisa Giuliani is a dedicated full time real estate professional who has been selling real estate in Frederick and Montgomery County for six years. While Lisa enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, she is the team listing specialist who has an outstanding track record of getting listings sold in the current market. Almost 90% of the homes Lisa lists for sale or rent end up settling. She was the Number One agent at Keller Williams Home Towne Realty in 2009 and in the top 5 top producing agents in Frederick County. She is also a distressed property specialist with experience in executing short sales. Lisa resides in the Villages of Urbana with her husband and three sons. She is involved in numerous community activities including fundraising efforts for local charities and sponsoring local youth sports programs.  

Erica D'Angelo is the office manager and client care coordinator for Giuliani Homes. Erica, who is a licensed agent, brings her real estate expertise to the administrative aspects of each real estate transaction, helping our clients get from contract to closing smoothly. Erica, who has a Public Relations background, also handles marketing for our listings and is the chairperson for the team's charity fundraising efforts in the community. Erica also resides in Urbana with her family. 

Tony Galliani is a licensed realtor with six years experience in the real estate industry. Tony has worked on both sides of the home buying/selling and financing process. He is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Maryland. He has lived in both Montgomery and Frederick Co. for over 20 years which brings an expertise of our marketplace. Tony resides in the Villages of Urbana with his wife and two children and is one of the U6 head coaches for the Urbana Soccer Association. Tony is also fluent in the Spanish language
